For the second consecutive year, Mazda has been named Australia’s most satisfying brand among new car owners nationwide in JD Power’s 2009 Australian Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study.
Industry journal, GoAuto News, reports that Mazda beat its nearest rival and fellow Japanese car manufacturer, Honda, for the coveted No.1 spot.
Conducted in January 2009, the study was based on responses from 3051 new car owners. It covers satisfaction in key areas including vehicle quality and reliability, design and style, performance and comfort, cost and the service levels at their dealership.
