The Mazda 3 is great, and the manual is much better than the auto as you said. I’m also grateful that you agreed with me on colours that weren’t so boring. Apart from that, thanks for going the extra distance to get me on the road as soon as possible, and keeping me in the loop as to when my car was arriving.

Your hospitality was great, and your service from the moment I was interested to the moment I bought, was of constant high standard. Thanks again, and I hope your other customers are equally happy.

Although I’m an IT exec I have worked very closely with a number of organisations that have strong sales cultures, so I’m very familiar with the sales process and the various sales styles.

With this in mind I found you to be a breath of fresh air. Your style is one of assisting the customer to make the right decision that is best suited to their needs/circumstances by ensuring they are well informed such that when they walk away they know that they have made the right decision. Earning a person’s trust in such a short period of time is a great attribute. Another excellent quality you possess is that of “Customer Service”. You never once said “No” or “Not sure we can do that” etc. Instead you listened, researched and came back with all the relevant details that would enable me to make an informed decision.

Overall Anita it was an absolute pleasure doing business with you and I will certainly recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a new car to come and see you.

I love the car! Took it for a run up to the Central Coat (a welcome change from Chatswood Chase) and it was a great to drive on the freeway and also in the suburbs. And the Galaxy Grey is a great colour.

I was looking at buying a brand new car and had my eye on the MX5 but was worried that it may be too low for me to drive.

On the spot we felt very comfortable by her professionalism and knowledge of the MX5 and thereafter put a holding deposit on the car. She even insisted that she make us a cup of coffee before we talked about the car.

Three days later she called to say the car has come and is ready for collection.

I just want to say I didn’t think buying a car would be so easy and hassle free. Being a real estate agent myself I know what it’s like to deal with sales people. She definitely broke the mould of the impression that I had of car sales people.

Anita was friendly, kind and enthusiastic. She made me feel welcome and really took the stress out that I had expected from buying a new car.

She told me to come back whenever I was free for a test drive, which I did. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her as she demonstrated the features of the MX5.

Being a real estate agent I am on the road all the time and I really love my new car. It definitely was a worthwhile investment for me.

The MX5 does not come with a spare tyre instead it comes with a foam tool repair kit. I was really worried about how that would work and Danita kindly offered for me to come back in anytime to explain the step by step process, which she did.

I would highly recommend Anita and the friendly staff at Eurocars Mazda Artarmon. When I went to collect my car I dealt with Michelle and she was fantastic too.

Thanks again to everyone at this dealership. The customer service I experienced from Anita and the team is definitely a good memory I will have of my brand new silver MX5 sports car.
